At Pro Pilates Gear, we are committed to providing the best prices online. If you find a lower price on any product in our store, we will match or beat it. For products priced over $2000, we will beat the lower price by $50. To qualify, you must provide valid proof, such as a screenshot, invoice, email, or other documentation of the lower price.

We want you to feel confident that you’re getting the best value when shopping with us. If you find another online store offering a lower price, we will refund the difference. Please review the following conditions for our 100% Price Match Policy:
• Eligibility Requirements:
• The item must be purchased from our website before requesting a price match.
• The competitor must be an online store (not a physical retail location).
• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product.
• The item must be in stock on the competitor’s website.
• Exclusions:
• Promotions such as rebates, “Buy One, Get One Free” offers, or similar deals are not eligible.
• Websites such as eBay, Overstock, or other discounter/auction platforms do not qualify.
• Refund requests do not apply to special events like Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
• Sales tax is not included in the price match; the policy applies to the item price and shipping charges only.
• Exceptions:
• The Price Match Policy does not apply if the matched price would incur a significant loss for Pro Pilates Gear. In such cases, the decision to approve the price match will be made at our discretion.
